A Song from the Joudour Sahara Students featuring Roberto Luti

Closing out 2021 with new music from the PFCF students! This uplifting new music video features students from Joudour Sahara in Morocco performing 'Ya Laalam Chof Adounia' with PFC family member Roberto Luti at Studio Hiba in Casablanca, Morocco! And special guests Mahamadou Diabate from École de Musique de Kirina in Mali, and Mohammed Alidu from the Bizung School in Ghana.

This international collaboration took place at the end of November on the occasion of Visa For Music and marked a new partnership between the PFCF and Fondation HIBA to widen access to cultural opportunities for youth and musicians across Morocco and Africa, utilizing the incredible space and team at Studio Hiba.

It was the first time these students have recorded in a music studio, and the first time our female students featured have left the region of Zagora where Joudour Sahara is located and visited the big city of Casablanca. #MusicEducation.
