Orders can be cancelled at no further charge up to the time in which the dispatch has been prepared for shipping to the Customer. If the Customer cancellation request comes after the order has been prepared, the cancellation will be considered as a return by the Customer.

Our policy lasts thirty (30) days. If thirty (30) calendar days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If within the thirty (30) day timeframe, we will refund the price you purchased your item at, excluding the shipping costs associated with your order which are non-refundable. On-demand products are printed per order and will only be refunded or exchanged if your product is misprinted, damaged and/or defective upon receipt. You (the Customer) will pay for return delivery costs and will undertake any other steps involved in the return of the product. This product must be packaged and parcelled securely so that the goods are returned in a perfect state of preservation. You will be liable for any defect or damage suffered by the product in this process.

You must return the products in their original packaging and in perfect condition (i.e. undamaged and clean) and must be sent to the place indicated by Playing For Change in the instructions sent to you. Moreover, the packaging must be completely and fully identified to reflect who the sender is. If the item in question is not sent under the conditions described herein it will suffer a depreciation that must in all cases be paid by you.

Playing For Change will not accept the return of any product that has suffered deterioration for which you are accountable.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Some health and personal care items

How to complete your return

To complete your return, we will ask you to use your personal order reference number to create a unique return ID so that our fulfillment partner can identify your return correctly.

How to generate your personal return idea:

Syntax: “your order number” + “_” + “R”.

Your return ID should look something like this: 12345_R.

In order to find your order reference number, check the order confirmation we sent you via email or sms.

Please also make sure to include tracking so that we can follow the process and know when your return has arrived back at our facility.

Please inform our team at support@playingforchange.com about your return and provide us with your tracking number and return ID and also include both the return ID and tracking number visibly on the box.

If you can’t find your order number or have any doubts, please send us an email at support@playingforchange.com using the name and email address you used to place the order so that we can provide you with your return ID and assist you in the process.

Please do not return anything without priorly informing us and without labeling the return with a return ID and tracking number.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 - 10 business days.

Most returns will be processed in approximately 2-3 weeks although, on occasion, some returns may take up to twenty-eight (28) calendar days to be processed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@playingforchange.com.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary (3 to 5 business days for US and 5 to 10 days for International, from the time we receive the returned package).

Please note that due to a reduction in the available workforce during the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing delays in domestic but especially in international shipping. Shipping and fulfillment centers are considered "essential businesses" and are still running, albeit short staffed. As a result, deliveries can take longer than expected, with international deliveries taking up to 60 days.
